owners are losing trade, traders in West Bromwich put up posters
begging for help, shop keepers in Old hill & Cradley Heath, Blackheath and
Wednesbury complained,
What could be the problem ?

PARKING
The Labour run Council jacked up the
parking fees
and we now have this taken in Smethwick at midday
While Labour cry cuts, HOW MUCH DID
THIS JOKE COST ?
What is the point of this cost ? let them park for FREE
But there is light ? A private company
have introduced free parking in Brierley Hill
the result ? Successes
Visitor numbers are up, Trade is up
and profit is up for the local shop keepers
