We have Conservative MP
David Davis and Labour MP Tom Watson to thank for campaigning against
the Governments new spy laws
They argued that the
new Conservative law did not have the correct safeguard to protect your
personal confidentiality when allowing the police and security
services to "spy on citizens" and the high court agreed.and
said what the Government wanted to do was unlawful.

thank you, its so convenient to ignore civil liberty's when you say
your fighting terrorism
I now await this bill
to return back to the house as the government is appealing the
discussion.
